= Ambassadors embrace all generations from teenagers to the middle aged and the elderly =

On February 1, the National Election Commission (NEC) of the Republic of Korea appointed six celebrities as PR ambassadors, including the singers, actors and actresses.  

The NEC set the slogan Beautiful Elections, Happy Korea for the upcoming 19th presidential election and is making efforts to spread this beautiful election culture in which everyone can participate and harmonize together through this election.

These PR ambassadors are expected to play an important role in embracing all generations and genders, from the young future voters to the middle aged and the elderly, and communicating the idea of a beautiful election culture. The six chosen PR ambassadors are known to be popular with different age groups and genders to ensure the widest possible reach.   

Chairperson of the National Election Kim Yong-deok said "together with these six PR ambassadors representing all generations, the NEC will do our best to make Korea''s hopes come true by creating a beautiful election of participation and harmony ."

The PR ambassadors will participate in various shows such as talk concerts and make various TV, radio and public advertisement appearances to spread a beautiful election culture and promote the 19th presidential election.
