Foreign Election Officials Visit NEC |

Election officials from Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Egypt, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and Zimbabwe visited the National Election Commission on Thursday, October 15, 2009. During the visit presentations on the introduction of NEC, the Touch Screen Voting System, and the Automatic Ballot Counting and Sorting Machine were followed by a Q & A session with NEC’s Deputy Secretary-General Jong Woo LEE and Chief of Planning and Coordination Office Sang Boo MOON. The foreign election officials are participating in the electoral training program at Korean Civic Education Institute for Democracy from October 14 to October 29, 2009. |
