Representatives from international organizations including ACEEEO, ACEO, International IDEA and IFES and election bodies of Australia, Mexico and 18 Asian countries visited the National Election Commission, as they came to Korea to participate in the AAEA General Assembly and a foundation forum of an Association of World Election Bodies.

They were introduced to the advanced electoral system of Korea and electronic touch screen voting system and counting machine. They were slated to visit voting and counting places of the Seoul mayoral by-election in the afternoon.
