Overview of Domestic Return Voting
If a person registered in the overseas voter list does not vote at an overseas polling station, he/she should report to the Gu/Si/Gun election commission that has jurisdiction over the address or final address (for those who do not have a final address, the base of registration) within the period of from 8 days before the voting day to the voting day. After reporting, he/she can vote at the polling station designated by the competent election commission (Article 218-16(3) of the Act).
※ Overseas absentees and overseas voters cannot vote early at polling stations under Article 148 of the Act.
