재외선거인 영구명부제

Permanent list of overseas voters

직전 선거의 재외선거인명부에 올라 있는 사람은 재외선거인

등록신청을 하지 않아도 재외투표에 참여할 수 있습니다.

다만, 2회(2016년 국선, 2017년 대선) 이상 계속하여 재외투표에

참여하지 않은 경우 재외선거인 영구명부에서 삭제됩니다.

Those who are on the overseas voting list for the previous

election may participate in overseas voting without additional

registration. However, individuals who have not participated in

overseas voting two consecutive times or more (2016 National

Assembly Election and 2017 Presidential Election) will be deleted

from the permanent list.

방법 : 중앙선거관리위원회, 행정안전부, 구·시·군청 홈페이지에서 열람 및 이의신청 가능

국외부재자 신고 또는 재외선거인 등록신청을 한 사람

준비물

국외부재자 : 신분증명서

재외선거인 : 신분증명서 + 국적확인서류 원본 

※ 신분증명서란?

대한민국 관공서 또는 공공기관이 발행한 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 공무원증 등

사진이 부착된 신분증명서

거류국 정부가 발행한 성명, 생년월일이 기재되어 본인 확인이 가능하고 사진이 부착된 신분증명서

귀국투표

재외투표기간 개시일(4. 1.) 전에 귀국한 재외선거인과 국외부재자는 선거관리위원회에

신고 후 국내투표소에서 투표할 수 있습니다.

※ 단, 사전투표에서는 투표할 수 없음

Eligible voters

Individuals who have applied for overseas absentee registration or

overseas voter registration

Required documents

 Overseas absentee : Identity document

 Overseas voter : Identity document + original copy of proof of nationality

 ※ What counts as an identity document?

- Identification with photo attached such as a passport, resident registration card, driver's license,

 civil servant certificate and such issued by a Korean government office or public institution

- Identification with photo attached and stating the individual’s name and date of birth issued

 by the government of the country of residence

 Voting Upon Return

Overseas voters who return before the start of the overseas voting period (April 1) and overseas

absentees can vote at the domestic polling station after reporting to the Election Commission.

※ However, advance voting is not permitted
